Q: How long does it take my order to ship?
Our shipping team can take 1 business day to ship an order. If you order before 1pm EST the item(s) will ship the same day. During busier days like sales or holiday seasons, orders can take up to 4-5 business days to process. Please allow items 7-10 business days to arrive during the holiday season before contacting Rival. USPS is working around the clock to get out deliveries to everyone this season.
Q: I’m pretty sure my package was stolen or lost. What do I do?
Rival Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier generally determines if your order can be left in a secure and safe place at your delivery address. If your package does not arrive after two business days from when it was said to be delivered, please contact our customer support team so we can help resolve this issue.
Q: Does Rival Clothing ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States but are looking to further our shipping outside of the U.S.
Q: How do I return an item?
At Rival Clothing, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. If you would like to return an item please read the information below.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or adjusted for any reason.
Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
14 days from the date of delivery the item(s) must be postmarked in order to return.
Items cannot be returned if the item has been worn, washed, or the tag has been removed.
If you feel that you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, please contact our Customer Support within three business day’s of the package’s delivery.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returns. If you choose to use our return labels, $6.50 will be deducted from the return.
